To resume our blog we can use google creator, this a free web that is provided by Google. In order able to create this page in google page we must sign in into Google Page or click this link Google Page Creator, or search in Google, google page. Then google will ask your google account, if you don't yet have, you must make account in google first, with clicking sign up. With one account we own in Google, we can use our account to activate the Email Gmail, Create Blog in Blogger dot com, create google page; or for the sign of up google Adwords.

With just one account, we can have assorted use in this google, with the one account we can make a lot of address Blog, address of Google Page. After we have the Blogs in English for example we can register our blog to be attached the advertisement by Google Adsense. Website in this Google Page also can be attached Adsense advertisement as on my Google Page, for example in Blog Resume, Music and Health Animlas and in Blog Resume2. Recall or replace a message on Ms Outlook Email

You can recall your message when you use Microsoft outlook to cancel your sent email using recall message, but this feature requires you to be using a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account. If you use pop mail this feature will not work.

You can recall or replace a message only if its recipient is logged on and using Microsoft Outlook and has not read the message or moved it from their Inbox.
  1. In Mail, in the Navigation Pane, click Sent Items.
  2. Open the message you want to recall or replace.
  3. On the Actions menu, click Recall This Message.
  4. Do one of the following:
Recall the message
  1. Click Delete unread copies of this message.
  2. To be notified about the success of the recall or replacement for each recipient, select the Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient check box.
Replace the message
  1. Click Delete unread copies and replace with a new message.
  2. To be notified about the success of the recall or replacement for each recipient, select the Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient check box.
  3. Click OK, and then type a new message.
Note: To replace a message, you must send a new one. If you do not send the new item, the original message is still recalled.

Cancel Sent Email and Reduce Email Size

To reply to a newsgroup message

1. In the message list, click the message you want to reply to.
2. To reply to the author of the message by e-mail, click Reply on the toolbar.
3. To reply to the whole newsgroup, click Reply Group on the toolbar.
4. Type your message, and then click Send.

You can cancel email sent using Outlook Express by the below method:

Notes:

  • If you want your reply to go to additional newsgroups on the same news server, in the Reply dialog box, click the icon next to Newsgroups. In the Pick Newsgroups dialog box, select a newsgroup from the list, and then click Add. You can choose from all newsgroups or only those you subscribe to by clicking Show only subscribed newsgroups.
  • You can send your reply to more than one newsgroup at a time only if all the newsgroups are on the same news server.
  • To cancel a message after it is sent, select the message. On the Message menu, select Cancel Message. Canceling a message does not remove it from a newsgroup user's computer if the user downloaded the message before it was canceled.
  • To view information about a newsgroup message, such as when it was sent, select the message. On the File menu, click Properties.
    If you are using HTML format for your e-mail messages, you can reduce the size of the messages by sending them as filtered HTML.


Reduce e-mail message size by filtering HTML This option is not recommended when you plan to make major changes to your content later in Microsoft Word.


1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the General tab.
2. Click E-mail Options, and then click the General tab.
3. In the HTML filtering options section, click Medium or High to reduce the file size of the message.

Managing Email messages with rules, change rule and apply rule to download email. When you have large volumes of incoming e-mail, Outlook Express can help you process it more efficiently. You can use rules in Outlook Express to automatically sort incoming messages into different folders, highlight certain messages in color, automatically reply to or forward certain messages, and do much more. The following topics provide more information:

  1. On the Tools menu, point to Message Rules, and then click Mail.
  2. Message rules cannot be created for IMAP or HTTP e-mail accounts.
  3. If this is the first rule you are creating, proceed to step 3. Otherwise, on the Mail Rules tab, click New and proceed to step 4.
  4. Select the conditions for your rule by selecting the desired check boxes in the Conditions section. You select conditions that suitable with the rule you want to create like:
    · Where the from line contain people
    · Where the subject line contain specific words
    · Etc.
  5. You can specify multiple conditions for a single rule by selecting more than one check box. Click the and hyperlink in the Rule Description section to specify whether all of the rule conditions must be met before the specified action occurs (and), or whether at least one must be met (or).
  6. 1. Specify the actions for your rule by selecting the desired check boxes in the Actions section. You can select the action that should be done after email enter your mail box like:
    · Move it to specified folder
    · Copy it to specified folder
    · Delete itEtc
  7. Click the underlined hyperlinks in the Rule Description section to specify the conditions or actions for your rule.
  8. You can click contains people or contains specific words in the Rule Description section to specify the people or words you'd like Outlook Express to look for in messages. If you enter multiple people or multiple words per condition, use the Options button in the Select People or Type Specific Words dialog boxes to further customize the condition.
  9. In the Name of the rule text box, select the default name or type a new name for your rule, and then click OK.

Note:

  • You can create a new rule by selecting an existing one on the Message Rules tab and clicking Copy. This is helpful when the new rule you want to create is similar to an existing one.
  • You can create a rule from a message by selecting an e-mail message in the main window and then on the Message menu clicking Create Rule from Message. This helps by automatically filling in the name of the person on the From line; no other information from the message, however, is entered into the rule.

To Change Rule:

  1. On the Tools menu, point to Message Rules, and then click Mail or News, depending on the type of rule you want to change.
  2. Select the rule you want to change, and click Modify.
  3. Make your changes in the Edit Rule dialog box, including renaming the rule, and then click OK.
  4. To apply a rule to downloaded messagesNew rules you create for e-mail or news messages will be applied to new, incoming messages.

To apply rules to messages that have already been downloaded to your computer, you can do the following:

  1. On the Tools menu, point to Message Rules, and then click News or Mail, depending on whether you want to apply e-mail rules or news rules to downloaded messages.
  2. In the Message Rules dialog box, click Apply Now.
  3. Select the rules you want applied to messages that have already been downloaded, or click Select All to select all your current rules.
  4. Click Browse to select the folders or newsgroups you want to apply the selected rules to.

Import a file to Outlook Email

There are several types of file can be imported to Outlook Email;
On the File menu, click Import and Export.

Do one of the following:
· Import an Internet e-mail client's account name and server settings
· To import from Microsoft Outlook Express or Eudora:
· Click Import Internet Mail Account Settings, and then click Next.
· Click the e-mail client to import, and then click Next.
· Follow the remaining instructions in the Import and Export Wizard.

Import an Internet e-mail client's mail and addresses
To import from Microsoft Outlook Express or Eudora:

· Click Import Internet Mail and Addresses, and then click Next.
· Click the program you want to import items from.

Do any of the following:
· To import existing e-mail messages, select the Import mail check box.
· To import entries from your Address Book, select the Import address book check box.
· To import filters or rules, select the Import rules check box. Rules can be imported only from Outlook Express.
· Click Next.

Do one of the following:
· If you are importing only e-mail messages or rules, click Finish.
· If you are also importing entries from your Address Book, click Next.

Choose one of the following:
· Replace duplicates with items imported Existing data will be overwritten with the information in the file being imported.
· Allow duplicates to be created Existing data will not be overwritten, and duplicates will be added to the current Outlook folder.
· Do not import duplicate items Existing data will be kept, and the duplicate information in the file will not be copied to the current Outlook folder.
· Click Finish.
· To save a copy of the import summary to your Inbox, click Save in Inbox.

Import a file from another program or file

To import from Act!, Lotus Organizer, Microsoft Access, Schedule+, or Microsoft Excel:
· On the File menu, click Import and Export.
· Click Import from another program or file, and then click Next.
· Select the type of file to import.
· Click Browse, and then select the file you want to import.
· Select the folder you want the imported data to go into. If necessary, map fields from the file you are importing to Outlook fields.
How?
· Click Map Custom Fields.
· In the From box, drag the field you want to convert onto the Microsoft Outlook field listed in the To box.
· To see additional records in the From box, click Previous or Next.
· To remove all mapping, click Clear Map.
· To reset the original mapping, click Default Map.
· To display additional fields in the To box, click the plus sign (+) next to the field. For example, to display the Business Street and Business City fields, click the + next to Business Address.
· Click OK.

Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file into Calendar

· On the File menu, click Import and Export.
· Click Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (.vcs), then click Next.
· Locate the folder that contains the file you want to import. In the Files of type list, choose either iCalendar Format or vCalendar Format.
· Click OK.

Tip
You can also double-click the vCalendar file or drag it to the Calendar icon in the Navigation Pane. These methods work best with a single vCalendar appointment because only the first appointment in a file is imported when you double-click or drag the file.

Import a vCard file to Contacts· On the File menu, click Import and Export.
· Click Import a Vcard file (.vcf), then click Next.
· In the Look in box, click the folder that contains the vCard file you want. Double-click folders until you can click the vCard file you want to import.
· Click Open.

Tip
You can also double-click the vCard or drag it onto the Contacts icon on the Navigation Pane.

Import information from a Personal Folders file (.pst)

· On the File menu, click Import and Export.
· Click Import from another program or file, and then click Next.
· Click Personal Folder File (.pst), and then click Next.
· In the File to import box, specify the path and file name of the .pst file you want to import.
· Choose one of the following:
· Replace duplicates with items imported Existing data will be overwritten with the information in the file being imported.
· Allow duplicates to be created Existing data will not be overwritten, and duplicates will be added to the current Outlook folder.

Organizing Email using Outlook and Outlook Express

When you send email for many people sometimes makes me confused or make wrong name if you don't organized first your email. To anticipate this condition you can create many Groups of Email Address on your contact persons data. First you must insert all your contact or create new contact on your Outlook.

To insert email contact from email received:
  • Open email on your inbox
  • Right click in the From Tab then click Add to Address book
  • If you add your contact with the same name and email address, then will any warning like this
  • Organize Your Address Book:
  • Click Addresses on the tool bar or on the tools menu click Address Book
  • In the pop up menu click New then choose New Group or click on the File menu on Address book menu pop up then click New Group.
  • Then fill Group Name
  • Click Select Member
  • Find the Name and Email Address that suitable with your group then click Select
  • After Finished click OK Button.
After you create your group you can send email to your group name, after sent every name on your group name will received your email.

Starting Windows Blog

After I customize this blog successfuly then I confused starting the blog contains. This is only introduction of my first line using this new customize blog templete. I just got this templete from browsing from google searching using word "free templete", so if one of you interest on how to design this blog like you see, you can browse using the same word.

I am forgot that should be introduced my self, I actualy Grahito, yes Adi Grahito not like on my profile Swasasi. Swasasi also my own property right, that is my doughter name, I name it for my lonely condition when I born her, so Swasasi is Javanese name in English mean Alone.
